2012 Registration |
Annual Capital City Striders membership is $50. Registration for all athletes is
ongoing. We encourage any athlete that is currently participating in High School
or Middle School Track and Field programs to come out and be part of the team,
however you need to check with your school coach and see if they approve of your
participation in CCS training. High School students can not compete on the CCS
team until after their competition season is complete. Registration for High School
athletes will be the first Monday after the final school competition.

All new Athletes must submit a copy of his/her birth certificate as soon as possible to
Coach Gilmer.
Uniforms will be issued to all registered Athletes at practice.
